The prize money will not be divided and is not cumulative. The winner will receive the prize of the highest value. The order of awarding is: absolute, female, rating and categories. The presence of the player at the awards ceremony is required to be entitled to the prize. The payment of the prizes is made via PIX to the winner's account from the second working day after the event. The PIX data of the winner must be provided via e-mail or WhatsApp to the Organization. The awards (trophies and medals) will be given only at the closing ceremony, being necessary the presence of the winners. The absence, or the lack of written justification, implies the non-receipt of the prize in money or material.

7.1 Seniors over 60 years old are entitled to 50% discount on the registration fee, to be requested at any time, applying the discount on the total value (2nd lot), final value with discount applied: R$50,00; R$50,00; R$200,00. The term and age discounts are not cumulative (choose only 1).
7.2 Players with MN, MNF, CM, WCM, MF and WFM homologated titles may apply for a 50% discount (item 7.1) on the registration fee if they have at least 2000 FIDE rating points in the modality to be played (list of 2023/2024).
7.3 GM's, IM's, WGM's, WIM's are exempt from the registration fee, from the moment they confirm their presence until December 15th. There will be special conditions for the first GM's and IM's that contact the organization.
8.1 Classic Tournament in Swiss format in 9 rounds with a rhythm of 90' + 30", valid for CBX/FIDE Rating. Obs: Accelerated Pairing Baku Method. 8.2 Rapid Tournament in Swiss format up to 5 rounds with 10' + 2" pace, valid at CBX/FIDE Rating. 8.3 Blitz Tournament in Swiss format up to 9 rounds with a rhythm of 3' + 2", valid at CBX/FIDE rating. § 1° - The pairing program used will be the Swiss Manager, without recourse.
The event will be valid for rules (GM, WGM, IM, WIM) according to the FIDE Handbook. The event will be valid for Brazilian players to apply for the title of National Master by CBX.
The following tie-breaking systems will be adopted: (a) Direct Result (code 11); b) Buchholz with cut of the worst result (code 37); c) Total Buchholz (code 37); d) Most wins, including points by WO (code 68); e) Most games with the black pieces (code 53); if a tie persists, there will be a raffle.
